My work has evolved beyond the idea of “healing” alone. Because I believe healing is not the destination. It is what naturally unfolds when we begin to reconnect with the parts of ourselves we had to leave behind in order to survive.

Through the body, we begin to explore the patterns, protections, and old stories that have shaped the way we move through life. To understand them, soften them, and create the safety within ourselves to move beyond them.
My approach weaves Bio-Dynamic Breathwork, Spinal Energetics, somatic practices, meditation, ceremony, and the teachings I continue to receive as a student of Balinese High Priests.
Together, these create a space where the body, nervous system, and soul can come back into relationship.
A space where you can begin to understand the spiral of your own expression — your energy, your emotions, your cycles, and the deeper rhythm that is calling you forward.
Because the world does not need more women disconnected but who are rooted in themselves.

What is Breathwork?
Bio-Dynamic breathwork is a trauma informed modality which incorporates 6 elements of healing. Focusing on the observation of tension held within your body structure we use these elements to gently break through armouring of the body. With careful guidance and proven trauma release techniques we open up the body to safely release tension, stress and overwhelm without re-visiting past traumatic experiences. These sessions help to clear physical and energetic blockages within your system, connecting you deeper to your body and self, forming greater self awareness, emotional resilience and nervous system health.

What is Spinal Energetics?
Spinal Energetics acknowledges that the body consists of layers of energy, we work within these layers reminding the body of it’s innate self healing abilities. Unwind and unravelling stored tension from within the nervous system.
Through gentle touch and sometimes no touch at all, a natural flow of movement and sound helps release tension, resistance, and stored stories in the body. This modality, Spinal Energetics, developed by Dr. Sarah Jane, combines Eastern and Western practices to interact with the spine, nervous system, and energetic field.

For anyone who struggles to regulate their nervous system. When the system is overwhelmed it results in stress, anxiety and an over active mind. In more severe cases depression, chronic pain and many other health ailments begin to physically manifest in the body. These modalities work with the nervous system to dramatically ease symptoms as we work with the root cause of nervous system dysregulation.

Just like building muscle, we aim to build resilience within the nervous system.
It is recommended that a commitment to at least 4 to 6 sessions is most beneficial. This gives the body a chance to unravel and unwind while gently building the range of tolerance within the nervous system.
These sessions should be spaced one to two weeks apart depending on the fragility of your nervous system.

Yes. It is not recommended to engage in Breathwork or Spinal Energetics if any of the following relate to you:
Heart or Cardiovascular Conditions
Eye diseases such as Glaucoma
Epilepsy or History of Seizures
Neurological Disorders
Severe PTSD or history of Schizophrenia
High Blood Pressure
First Trimester of Pregnancy
Recent Surgery
Under 12 years and over 65 years

Yes. Tamara conducts sessions both in person and online and both modalities work well in this way. Everything is energy and energy also has no boundaries, it enables this work to be received from the comfort and safety of your own space, ultimately allowing you to receive deeper healing.
